Sherry’s class:

Sherry started yoga with corporate classes in 2015 – and fell in love after realising that her neck issues and lower back pain had disappeared. She began practising regularly at Ziva Yoga and enjoys the feeling of exploring the body’s potential through asana. To her, yoga is a holistic approach to becoming healthier, stronger, softer and steadier from the inside-out. In this way, yoga has made her a better person – physically and mentally.

With a profound appreciation for yoga and a sincere passion for teaching, Sherry hopes to widely share the positive benefits of her practice through the variety of yoga classes she teaches.

  • Cosy down and unwind with nourishing, long-hold poses that focus on stretching deep connective tissue in the body.
