Raemier’s classes:
Rae began her yoga journey in 2017, drawn to breathwork and meditation to manage anxiety. Over time, her practice expanded to include physical aspects of yoga, which deepened her connection to mind and body. In 2021, she completed her 200-hour YTT and began teaching full-time, offering Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative classes. She then went on to explore various yoga lineages, including Ashtanga and Hot Classic, with the latter becoming her favourite to teach.
Rae’s teaching philosophy emphasises steady, measured and intentional movement. She believes yoga is a deeply personal practice that encourages self-discovery and patience. Her classes invite students to explore what feels best for their unique selves, reinforcing how on-the-mat growth can transform life off the mat.
