Louisa’s class:

With a family history of health issues, Louisa turned to yoga in 2010 simply to become more active. It was a transformative journey that took her from a sedentary lifestyle to exploring activities as varied as dragonboating and multi-sports. Now, she incorporates yoga into her athletic training program and actively shares its holistic benefits with her co-athletes.

A graduate of Ziva Yoga’s YTT program in 2021, Louisa aims to impart strength and calmness to her students, drawing from her own experiences as an athlete and corporate professional. She emphasises the importance of taking yoga beyond the physical, encouraging her students to integrate it into their daily lives.
