Li Shan

Li Shan’s classes:

“Meet yourself where you are.” 

Li Shan started her yoga journey back in 2012 as a “casual” stretch to complement her cardio-intensive activities. After relocating back to Singapore in 2016 – and as a more meaningful alternative to retail therapy – she found herself spending more and more time on the mat. Yoga’s grounding force has helped Li Shan with stress relief and the clarity of thought, allowing her to approach life with more balance, focus and equanimity. 

Trained by Yihan and Faiz under Ziva Yoga’s YTT program in 2021, Li Shan continues to develop sequences that empower students to deepen their mind-body connection in a safe environment.

  • The series that started it all. A dynamic blend of fluid transitions and longer holds that invigorate and ground the soul. In level 1, we explore foundations shapes and movements.

  • One of our gentler and most-loved classes – for good reason! Find spaciousness by using key alignment in yoga poses to release patterns of pain and return the body to anatomical neutral.
