Sophia’s class:
Sophia’s yoga journey began in 2019 with a 200-hour training guided by her teachers Lynn and Sumei from Space and Light Yoga. It was here that she laid a strong foundation in Hatha yoga that focused on alignment – while also nurturing a deep connection with her body and breath. As Sophia’s practice deepened, she found her heart drawn to the gentle embrace of both yin and restorative yoga, which spoke to her soul with their powers of stillness and reflection.
Beyond the mat, Sophia is also a mindfulness life coach and sound healing practitioner. As part of her own healing journey, she founded the coaching platform, A Gentle Pace to uplift individuals who are on their unique paths to mental and physical well-being, offering a space for them to slow down and embrace living more mindfully.
No matter the season of life, Sophia hopes that her heart-centered approach can gently guide others towards moments of pause and help them rediscover the light within themselves.
