Charissa

Charissa first turned to yoga as therapy for scoliosis. Her approach to life on and off the mat is one of strength and lightness – and never without a sense of play. 

While Charissa also enjoys more dynamic, competitive sports, yoga has given her a renewed appreciation for balance, stillness and an awareness of one’s boundaries. She hopes to meet her students where they’re at in their yoga journey – through grounded sequences, mindful alignment and a good dose of fun in every class.
