Faiz

Faiz’s Classes:

Faiz started practising yoga in 2008 in Melbourne, during a hippy phase in law school. He is a certified yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance®), meditation teacher (The Veda Centre®) and co-owner of Ziva Yoga. He has led many workshops, trainings and retreats, and has also spent time teaching in Thailand. Faiz’s teaching focuses on making the highest truths of yoga simple and accessible.

  • The series that started it all. A dynamic blend of fluid transitions and longer holds that invigorate and ground the soul.

    Level 2: Refine awareness and build strength and balance with more intermediate poses.
    Level 3: Experiment with more complex sequences that include two peak poses and inversions.

  • Breathwork + Movement + Meditation. Designed to help you release deep-rooted stress and create space. Perfect for anyone looking to expand their yoga practice beyond asana.

  • A great complement to any asana (movement) practice! We begin each 10- to 20-minute guided meditation with helpful tips that are easy to follow – whether you’re just starting out or already well on your meditation journey.

  • Your dose of Vitamin C. Come alive with energetic and creative sequences where poses transition seamlessly from one to the next – with your breath as a trusted guide.

  • One of our gentler and most-loved classes – for good reason! Find spaciousness by using key alignment in yoga poses to release patterns of pain and return the body to anatomical neutral.
