Angeline

Angeline’s class:

Angeline has always been drawn to the mindfulness and fluidity of practising yoga. During a personal battle with depression, she decided to commit to just one thing – stepping out of the house for yoga classes every day. Little by little, day by day, the grounding effect of the practice created in her a new and refreshed mind-body connection. To her pleasant surprise, after six months of consistent practice, Angeline was able to regain her mental and emotional health, becoming more active and present in her enjoyment of life.

This profound experience led to her decision to become a yoga teacher. She trained under Faiz and Yihan, whose values and practice continue to inspire her immensely. With the newfound insight and passion gained from her YTT (Yoga Teacher Training), Angeline hopes to share her practice with others as generously and passionately as her teachers did.
