A special all-levels workshop by Li Shan and guest teacher Yoke – where two complementary practices come together in an invitation to pause, slow down and recalibrate our mind-body balance.
Yoga Reset is a gentle practice that uses key alignment in yoga poses to release patterns of pain and return the body to a state of ease.
Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is to rest with a trace of awareness. It has the power to connect us with our true essence as we enter deeper states of rest and restoration.
