Yu Min’s class:

Yu Min’s experience with yoga began when she first started work in the corporate world. At that time, Instagram was all the rage and nailing asanas felt like the cool thing to do. Now, however, yoga has become a spiritual journey that helps her stay connected to her mind and body, and to better connect mind and body. Similarly, Yu Min aims to guide students into considering what yoga can do for them on and off the mat – by being grounded and focusing on the important things in life, she hopes they can live in the moment, and enjoy the journey rather than the destination.

Yu Min graduated from Living Yoga’s Yoga Teacher Training in 2022 with a deeper appreciation of the practice, and considers herself lucky to be a student of yoga and of life. Her teacher Leigh continues to inspire her to offer her practice in the most embodied and authentic way possible. When not practising, she enjoys family time, travelling and connecting with people, and engaging in dog therapy as often as possible.
