Wen

Wen began her yoga journey in 2014 at Yoga to the People in New York City. Since then, she has explored various forms of yoga at studios across the U.S. and Asia, as well as training at India’s Kashish Yoga School, where she received her 200-hour certification. 

The classes she leads are a reflection of the classes she enjoys moving through herself, with a focus on building mind-body awareness through good alignment and mindful breathing. Her creative and dynamic sequencing are intended to empower practitioners both on and off the mat. 

As a dedicated and grateful student of yoga, Wen is humbled by the opportunity to share her love of the practice with others. She hopes her students will leave her classes feeling challenged and ultimately reminded of what they are capable of.
